  Free shipping on a total purchase of $100.00 this does not include oversized items. For purchases less than $100.00 a flat $50.00 handling fee will be added. Lighting Outfitters offers ground shipping for merchandise delivery. Oversized items are delivered as a "curb side" delivery. For in home delivery or for an oversized item freight quote, please E-MAIL US your request, we are happy to provide you with a quote. SORRY WE DO NOT SHIP TO CANADA OR ALASKA (ONLY THE LOWER 48).

• Returns & Replacements

  If you are not satisfied with your purchase within 7 days, return the item by first contacting our customer service: The item will either be replaced or a refund will be issued. Items must be returned in it's original packaging and CANNOT have been installed. Original shipping and handling charges are non-refundable (except for manufacturer's defect or freight damage). All orders are subject to a 30% restocking fee.
